When we began the process of becoming first time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed by the task at hand.  That's where Dawn Moyer came to the rescue.

  We pre-qualified with a mortgage company and were introduced to Dawn.  We then began our search of finding our new home together.  Dawn worked tirelessly and her efforts were tremendous in showing us places that fit our budget and our wish list.  We had certain things we were looking for and she really took the time to find us homes that had what we were seeking.

  She never pressured us, she never tried to talk us into something we were not comfortable with.  She was extremely patient and an absolute pleasure to work with.  She treated us more like old friends than new clients and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy.

  Dawn went the extra mile for us and I'm positive that she'd go the extra mile for anyone looking to utilize her services.  She's a true professional and a joy to work with.  We miss seeing her and interacting with her on a daily basis now that she successfully found us our home!
